HOW TO USE:
For Skin Mask:
• Take 2tbsp chickpea flower, ¼ tsp Triphala Powder, 1/8 tsp turmeric, ¼ tsp of dried neem or mint leaves powder make paste of above ingredients and apply to the skin 1-2 times per week for 5-10 minutes and rinse.
To Prevent Hair Fall and Eliminates Dandruff:
• Take 1tbsp of Triphala Powder to 2 cups of water, boil the water on a medium flame until the half of it evaporates. Let it cool down, apply the pack on your scalp for 30 minutes after that wash hair with water.
For Eyes: (To get rid of dark circles and puffiness)
• In 2 glasses of water, mix 2tbsp of Triphala Powder and let it soak for overnight. Boil the mixture for 10 minutes next morning and after cooling strain it and store in bowl. Then wash your eyes in this water, they should be open.
For Ayurvedic Cleanser-Toner:
• Take 1tbsp chickpea flour ¼ tsp Triphala Powder make a paste with rose water and apply with circular stroke as a cleanser toner. (For vata skin type add 1tsp of raw honey; Pitta skin type: Add ¼ tsp of dried neem or mint leaves; Kapha skin type: Add 1tsp of raw honey with ½ tsp lemon juice)
